1. Clear Quote, Clear Expectations
Every job starts with a detailed quote outlining the scope of tasks to be performed. Once the quote is formally accepted and signed, both N8 Tidy and the client commit to their respective responsibilities to carry out the work as described.
2. Job Confirmation & Planning
Upon acceptance of the quote and attached Terms & Conditions, the job assignment is triggered and scheduled. You’ll be informed every step of the way.
3. On-Site Execution with Full Traceability
On the day of service:
Our allocated team members check in and out using an online system with GPS location.
Photos may be taken if relevant, to document work completed and any key observations.
This information contributes to the final invoice summary and remains available should any clarification be needed.
4. Transparent Job Tracking
We provide visibility throughout the job. Clients can expect updates and have access to proof of service and time tracking for full peace of mind.
5. Final Invoice & Commitment
The final invoice includes:
A summary of tasks completed
Time logs and photos (if applicable)
Any notes related to the assignment
